The silicone rubber heater hoses are engineered with superior flexibility and durability, Standard & Premium heater hose are resistant to coolant additives, as well as hardening, cracking, cold leaks, and aging. Manufactured from a strong EPDM rubber, this hose provides great heat resistance which makes it suitable for many hot water applications such as in vehicle heating and cooling systems. Heater hoses are used to transfer the excess heat, in the form of engine coolant, from the engine into the heater core. Once the heated engine coolant reaches the heater core, it travels through small tubes inside the heater core.
